LMS Maintenance Release Notes - November 3, 2026
This release fixes problems with due dates, checklists, learning paths, registration, classroom offerings, SCORM time tracking, assessments, and Course Studio's Assistant AI.
Due Dates – Incorrect Days Past Due on Reports
Some training and due date reports showed unusually large days-past-due values, and the Due Date column could display a repeating number instead of a date. These values did not match the learner's transcript. Due dates and days past due now calculate and display correctly on reports.

Checklists – Completion Status Not Updating
A checklist could stay In Progress after the learner finished every task on it. Refreshing the checklist did not update the status. Checklists now change to Completed once all tasks are done.

Checklists – Extra Characters and Formatting Code in Titles
Checklist titles could show extra characters when they started with a space, and course names in checklists could display visible formatting code such as "strong." Checklist titles and course names now display as plain, correctly formatted text.

Learning Paths – Calculate Time Not Returning a Result
The Calculate Time option on a learning path did not produce an average completion time, even for paths with enough completion data. Calculate Time now works as expected.

Transcripts – Long Learning Path Titles Overlapping in the Completed Only View
In the Completed Only view, long learning path titles could wrap and overlap the line below them, which made the list hard to read. Long titles now wrap cleanly without overlapping.
Learner Profile – Profile Page Freezing While Loading
Opening a profile from the profile icon could show a loading wheel for a long time, and some learners had to close the browser tab. The profile page now loads without freezing.
Registration Codes – Active Codes Missing from the Learner Profile
Some active registration codes did not appear in the registration code dropdown on a learner's profile. All active registration codes now appear in the dropdown.
Classroom Courses – Unable to Save Offering Date Changes
Admins could not save changes to the dates of a classroom course offering. Offering dates can now be created and updated normally.

SCORM Courses – Time Spent Not Recorded for Some Courses
For some SCORM courses, the score was saved but the time spent was not added to the learner's transcript. This happened on both desktop and mobile. Time spent is now recorded for these courses.

Assessments – Enhanced Assessment Security
We made security improvements to how quiz and exam attempts are handled. These changes protect the integrity of course quizzes, Studio assessments, and certification exams. Learners and admins will not see any change in how assessments look or work.

Assistant AI for Studio – Long Additional Instructions Not Fully Applied
If the Additional Instructions in the Assistant Context dialog were longer than 1,000 characters, the Assistant used only the first part. The instructions authors save now match what the Assistant uses when it generates content.

Assistant AI for Studio – Learning Objective Limit Tied to Source Content
The number of learning objectives an author could add depended on how much source content was uploaded. With little or no content, authors could add only three. Authors can now add up to 12 learning objectives, regardless the amount of content.

Course Studio – Image Source Not Changing on AI-Suggested Images
On image placeholders added by the Assistant, choosing Library or Stock as the image source changed it straight back to All and reset the search. The image source can now be changed, and the search runs against the source you choose.
