LMS Maintenance Notes - August 12th, 2025

This release includes a range of fixes aimed at improving reliability, user experience, and administrative tools across the platform.

 

[Admin – Groups] EDIT CONTENT DISPLAY PRIORITY Toggle

  • Corrected a bug preventing the EDIT CONTENT DISPLAY PRIORITY toggle in the Groups grid from functioning as intended.

[Admin - Email] Missing Email Notification Templates

  • Restored missing email notification templates so system-generated messages send as expected.
  • Resolved an issue where the webmaster account could inadvertently disable and hide email notification templates.

[Admin - Email] CC/BCC Not Sent in Automated Email Messages

  • Corrected an issue where CC and BCC recipients were not receiving automated emails.

[Localization] Translations

  • Fixed several missing or incorrect translations.

[Learner Profile] Change Password Page – Blue Line

  • Removed an unintended blue line appearing on the Change Password page for SSO learner profiles.

[Classroom Courses] Waitlists

  • Fixed a bug where multiple waitlisted users on a Classroom Course could be auto-enrolled, exceeding the available seat count.
  • Fixed a bug preventing exempt users from being added to the waitlist for standalone course offerings.

[UI] Course Field Text Wrapping

  • Fixed a display issue where long text in course fields did not wrap correctly.

[Learner Registration] Case Sensitivity in Email Confirmation

  • Adjusted validation so emails are compared case-insensitively when confirming email addresses.

[Reporting] Deadlock on Popular Courses Report

  • Addressed deadlocks in the Popular Courses report query when fetching user course records.
