LMS Maintenance Notes - September 23, 2025

This release focuses on stability improvements and bug fixes across SCORM processing, reporting, notifications, and learner navigation.

Admin Fixes

[Localization] Mismatched Locale Keys (es-es and nb-no)

Fixed incorrect or mismatched locale keys for Spanish (es-es) and Norwegian (nb-no) that caused inconsistent translations.

[Content] Video Preview Load

Fixed a performance issue triggered by a video URL in preview mode, improving stability.

[Admin] SCORM File Processing Table – Delete Option Missing

Fixed an issue where the delete option did not appear on the SCORM file processing table. Admins can now delete entries as intended.

 

Reporting Fixes

[Data] Business Address Not Displaying

Fixed a bug where Business Address 1 was not appearing in reporting views, ensuring complete and accurate reporting data.

[Admin] Advanced Reports Missing Country or Postal Code

Corrected an error where Country and Postal Code values were missing from Advanced Reports. Data now displays properly.

[Data] Business Address Not Saving Properly

Addressed an issue preventing business address fields from saving correctly in some reports, improving data accuracy for administrators.

Learner Fixes

[Learner] Jump to Learning Path Not Working

Fixed a bug where the Jump to Learning Path link failed to navigate correctly, ensuring learners can quickly access their learning paths.

[Learner] Registration Fields Compressed During Password Entry

Addressed a UI issue where registration fields became scrunched when learners entered passwords.

Notifications Fixes

[Notifications] Required Course Emails to Unconfirmed Accounts

Adjusted system to address Required Course and Past Due emails that were sent to unconfirmed learner accounts. Emails are now only sent once the account is confirmed (Forgot Password and Resend Confirmation emails remain unaffected).

[Notifications] Past Due Notifications Procedure

Optimized notification handling to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Past Due emails to the correct users.

Performance Fixes

[Performance] Stored Procedure Optimization

Reduced the load c for reporting and notifications to improve performance in Admin dashboards.

[Performance] UpdateUserCourseNewRequiredNotifications Procedure

Optimized the procedure handling required notifications to reduce processing time and improve system responsiveness.

Benchmark/Access Calc Improvements

Improved reporting calculations for CourseAccess and Benchmark metrics to reduce inconsistencies in learner data reporting.
