New tools. New updates. New reasons to log in.

LMS Updates

  • Lots of exciting updates to assessments in this week’s release:
    • Question pools are enhanced. From within an assessment, questions can now be removed from a pool. Removing a question detaches it from the assessment but keeps it active in the question bank for reuse. Questions can also be moved to another pool.




    • From within a question bank, questions can be assigned to a specific pool in an assessment.


    • Images can be added to questions with flexible layout options.
    • The assessment editor now allows you to format answers – use bold, underline, italics, links, lists, and color highlights.
    • Assessment time limits are more flexible. Admins can set default additional time for assessments site-wide and override time limits for specific assessments.
    • Time limits can be extended for individual users, allowing accommodations for accessibility. Changes are logged for auditing.
    • An assessment summary is now available, allowing learners to review their answers and return to bookmarked questions before submitting an assessment.


  • Our course conversion tool, Scormify, also got some love, with fixes to improve handling of video courses, file upload, file download, and more.
  • And, as usual, various minor issue fixes.

These courses are free to Knowledge Anywhere LMS customers.* We provide SCORM files that integrate easily with your Knowledge Anywhere LMS. Or, if you would like to use one of our courses as a starting point for your own customized course, you can purchase the Articulate source file, which you then have the license to edit.
