New Features

[Studio AI] – Studio AI Now Available

Studio AI is now available as part of this release, giving administrators AI-assisted tools for building and refining course content directly within Course Builder. Course Builder is enabled alongside Studio AI, and each site receives a default allocation of Studio AI seat licenses so teams can begin creating content right away. Administrators can assign these licenses to the users responsible for course development.

[Certification Programs] – Custom Program Images

Administrators can now upload a custom image when creating or editing a Certification Program, matching the image options already available for Certification Paths. The selected image is displayed to learners wherever the program appears, replacing the default program image. This makes it easier to brand programs and help learners recognize them at a glance.

[Certifications] – Version Updates for Previously Assigned Learners

When a new version of a certification is published, administrators can now choose how learners who were already assigned the previous version are handled. Learners can be kept on their current version, moved to the new version with their existing progress retained, or moved to the new version with their progress reset. This gives administrators flexibility to roll out updated certification content without disrupting learners unnecessarily.

[Certifications] – Clickable Titles on the Assigned Page

On the learner Certifications > Assigned page, Certification Path and Certification Program titles are now clickable. Selecting a title takes the learner directly to that certification's assignment details, the same destination as the Begin Training button.

Bug Fixes

[Certification Programs] – Completion Rules with Inactive Certification Paths

Previously, if a Certification Path within a program was made inactive, the program's minimum-completion requirement could exceed the number of paths still available, preventing learners from completing the program. Inactive Certification Paths are now excluded from program completion requirements, so learners who complete all available paths receive credit and their certificate.

[Certifications] – Links Removed from Descriptions

Resolved an issue where hyperlinks could be silently removed from Certification Path and Certification Program descriptions when they were saved. Links in these descriptions are now preserved as expected.

[Studio Courses] – Course Details Error When Course Builder Is Disabled

Learners assigned to previously created Studio courses could encounter an error when opening Course Details if Course Builder had since been turned off for the site. These courses now remain fully viewable, and learners can open, launch, and complete them regardless of the Course Builder setting.

[Learning Paths] – Directed Learning Completion Status

Resolved an issue where a learning path could remain In Progress even after all of its directed learning courses were completed. Learning paths now show as complete once all directed learning is finished, and directed learning courses appear correctly on learner transcripts.

[Learner Search] – Improved Search Performance

Search results now load more efficiently, particularly for learners with access to large course catalogs. This improves response times during periods of high site activity.

[Checkout] – Error After Completing a Purchase

Resolved an issue where selecting Continue on the final summary step of checkout displayed an error page. Learners are now taken directly to their course after completing a purchase.

[Certificates] – Certificate Printing Reliability

Resolved an issue where printing certificates could time out during periods of heavy use. Certificates now generate reliably.

[Microsites] – Microsite Assignments Removed When Saving Content

Previously, when a Microsite Admin saved changes to content that had been shared across multiple microsites, the content's assignments to the other microsites could be removed. Saving content as a Microsite Admin now preserves all existing microsite assignments.

[Microsites] – Support Pages Not Displaying

Resolved an issue where support pages assigned to the main site or to a microsite did not appear for learners. Support pages now display on the sites they are assigned to.

[Login As] – EULA Prompt Blocking Administrator Access

When the End User License Agreement (EULA) feature was enabled, administrators using Login As could be blocked by a EULA error for learners who had not yet accepted the agreement. Administrators can now use Login As for these learners without being prevented from managing or troubleshooting their accounts.

[Admin] – Add Course Defaults to eLearning

Selecting Add Course from the admin home page previously created an eLearning course automatically. It now opens the course type selection page so administrators can choose the type of course to create.

[Reporting] – Daily Scheduled Reports Sending Weekly

Resolved an issue where scheduled reports configured to send daily were only delivered once a week. Reports now send on the schedule configured by the administrator.

[User Feeds] – Group Update Timeouts

Resolved an issue where user feed updates to large groups could time out before completing. Group updates from user feeds now process reliably.

[Account Confirmation] – Resend Confirmation Reliability

Resolved an issue where requests to resend account confirmation emails could occasionally fail during periods of heavy activity. Confirmation emails now resend reliably.

[Accounts] – Inactive Account Access

Resolved an issue where, under certain account transfer conditions, an inactive account could still be used to sign in. Inactive accounts are now correctly prevented from accessing the site.

[Integrations] – Completion Transmission Diagnostics

When a course completion fails to transmit to a connected external training system, the failure reason returned by that system is now recorded. This allows our team to identify and resolve undelivered completions more quickly.

[Security] – Enhanced Platform Protection

This release includes security updates that strengthen protection of the platform and your data.
