      LMS Maintenance Notes - July 15th, 2025

      This maintenance release includes key fixes, style adjustments, and performance improvements across the LMS released on July 15th, 2025

      Fixes

      [Admin] SCORM File Delete Not Registering

      • When an eLearning course with a single language (e.g., English) had both active and inactive SCORM files, the "Delete" option in the action menu failed to respond.

      • The dropdown menu would collapse instead of performing the delete action.

      • This has been fixed. Menu behavior and styling were adjusted to support proper interaction.

      [Learner] Language Dropdown Overlapping Field

      • Learners accessing courses in a different language than their profile default saw UI overlap when expanding the language dropdown.

      • The dropdown selections now appear correctly without overlapping the input field.

      [Admin] Learner Profile Fields Not Clearing

      • Admins were unable to clear values for hire date, SSO ID, and Public API ID fields on the learner profile.

      • This issue has been fixed. Admins can now clear these fields and save successfully.

      [Assessments] Interaction Tracking on Browser Close or Refresh

      • Events that update the last interacted date on a quiz question were not activating when learners refreshed or closed the browser.

      • This behavior has been corrected. Tracking now works as expected during browser exit events.

      [Admin] Error Viewing Learner Profile Without Archived Courses

      • Admins experienced errors when viewing learner profiles if the user had no archived courses.

      • The transcript view now safely handles profiles with no archived data.

      [Learner] Category Translations

      • Translations for Categories will now display if user is using a different language where translation is present.

      [Admin] Course Titles / Description Translations

      • Translations for course titles/descriptions will auto-translate when the translate button is pressed.

      Improvements

      [Performance] Learning Path Loading Optimization

      • Significant performance improvements made to the /learningpath webpage.

      • Controllers and data retrieval processes were optimized to reduce unnecessary calls to system.

      • Transcript and homepage now fetch archived and external training data only when needed.

      [Feature] Resources - Video Links

      • Video Links are now able to be attached and viewed as resources to courses. 

      • Playable in the LMS
