LMS Maintenance Notes - December 3rd, 2025

This release delivers several user experience improvements and important bug fixes, including enhanced question pool management, clearer notification messages, and more reliable reporting features. Users will benefit from streamlined workflows, improved clarity in course completion tracking, and a smoother overall platform experience.

[Assessments] Question Pool IDs
Added a visible Pool ID column to the Question Pool Grid within assessments. This allows users to easily identify and sort questions within pools in the Question Bank. Pool IDs are now included in search and filter options, and are displayed alongside pool names for clarity.

Filter by the Assessment, then by the Pool ID to display all questions assigned to that pool

[Reporting] Scheduled Report Button
Addressed a rare occurrence where the "Schedule Report" button could disappear due to a race condition when switching between reports and refreshing the page.

[Reporting] Course Completion Date Sorting
Fixed an issue where the completion date column in the Basic Course Details report was not sorting correctly in the reporting UI. 

[Admin] Notification Updates
Success and error messages now appear as floating notifications at the top of the viewer and automatically dismiss after 5 seconds or when another action is performed. The system will no longer scroll users to the top of the page when a message is displayed.

[Admin] Learner Transcript Messaging
Improved the message spacing and clarity when marking courses and learning paths as complete from a learner’s transcript. The message now clearly separates the count of completed courses and learning paths for better readability.

[Self Study] Resource Progress
Resolved confusion when the same resource was attached to multiple Self Study courses. Downloading a resource in one course will no longer incorrectly mark it as completed in another course. Now, each course tracks resource completion independently.
