Happy holidays from the team at Knowledge Anywhere! It’s been a great year for us, and as 2025 draws to a close, I wanted to share what we’ve been up to in the past month, and look ahead at some of the exciting things we have planned for 2026, including our iPhone give-away. 

LMS Updates: Assessments and More

  • Last month we shared the enhancements we’ve made to assessments, and we’re continuing to enhance assessments this month. Administrators can now limit the number of attempts for an assessment, specify whether questions must be answered in order, and specify whether learners can review their answers before submitting the assessment.

  • We’ve also updated the learner user interface to better explain how an assessment has been set up.

Before You Begin

  • Plus, a minor reorganization of the Courses and Assessments screens in the Admin UI and the usual bug fixes and reliability and performance improvements.  

We have some big things planned for next year: 

  • Organizations/Communities, a social feature allowing learners to form groups based on common interests or organizations
  • Course Builder with AI, an AI-enabled content authoring tool that will allow you to create courses within the LMS
  • Onboarding Checklists, to simplify training and onboarding of new team members
  • A dedicated Mobile Application

And we’re continuing to add to our course library. Coming soon:

  • An addition to our courses on artificial intelligence: Intermediate AI Prompt Engineering. Prompt engineering is the creative and strategic practice of designing AI inputs—the prompts—that reliably elicit accurate, relevant, and efficient results from modern large language models. This course will help you get more out of AI by writing better prompts.
  • Two courses in our new introductory financial series: Financial Statement Fundamentals and Financial Literacy: Your Impact on Financial Health. Whether you work in sales, operations, administration, or production, understanding financial statements helps you see how your company measures success. These courses will show you how money moves through a business—how revenue becomes profit, and how financial reports reveal company health.  

These courses are free to Knowledge Anywhere LMS customers.*Restrictions apply.

We provide SCORM files that integrate easily with your Knowledge Anywhere LMS (or any LMS). Or, if you would like to use one of our courses as a starting point for your own customized course, you can purchase the Articulate source file, which you then have the license to edit.

If you are not an LMS customer, the courses are available for purchase as SCORM or Articulate files for a simple one-time cost - no complex licensing fees or ongoing charges.
