April 28th, 2026 Knowledge Drop
In this week’s release, we’ve made some improvements to the learner user interface, improved course completion tracking, and added the ability to renew learning paths. Let’s take a closer look.
UI Improvements
Learners will notice some minor UI improvements when they next log in.
Learners now see a left navigation panel, similar to the navigation panel in the administration interface. Many screens that were accessed from icons in the upper right are now accessed from the new left nav. This allows us to adopt a more conventional, understandable navigation scheme and simplify the icons. Learners can collapse the navigation bar to just icons if desired.
Message Preview is back on the learner home screen!

Better Completion Tracking
Issues with recording course completions can be among the most frustrating for LMS administrators and learners. This release ensures more accurate tracking of SCORM course progress by recording during the session rather than at close, reducing the risk of information loss.
Learning Path Renewals
You’ve always been able to set up recurring training by setting courses to renew. Now you can set an entire learning path to renew. Like many of our new features, this is a customer-requested improvement.

Organizations
Our Organizations feature is in beta release. Organizations allow you to build learning communities within your LMS. Organization members can access assigned content, post resources, and communicate with each other. Organizations are a great way to facilitate learning and collaboration within teams, departments, or cross-functional groups. You can learn more at our Help Center. If you’re interested in Organizations, contact us.
What's Coming Next
Course Studio, our rapid course development environment, is coming soon. Studio will enable your team to author courses in the LMS, making it easier for subject-matter experts and internal teams to build and manage content more efficiently.
Our Mobile App is also on the way as well. Stay tuned!
This release also includes a few minor issue fixes and enhancements. As always, our release notes provide full details.
