What if one of my assigned courses is past due?
Understand what needs to be done if a course status is past due
A past due course is an assigned course that has not been completed by its due date or set time period.
- On the Learning Paths page, course status indicators on learning path cards alert you to any courses that are past due
- On the Home page, action buttons and site messages alert you that you have past due courses
- You’ll also receive email notification if an assigned course is past due
Note: If the past due course is a prerequisite to other training courses, you won’t be able to launch those courses until the past due prerequisite course has been completed.
