Password Expiration
Implement an extra layer of security by enabling passwords that expire.
Password expirations are a great way to ensure your learners' accounts are never compromised. the Knowledge Anywhere LMS possesses the ability to have passwords expire up to a year when one is set.
This feature can be found in the Personalization Site settings, accessible by Global Admins only. In the options section, there's a toggle to turn on Password Expiration.
Once toggled on, select a number of days, select a number of days for the password to reset after that many days. The default is 180 days
Whenever a learner sets their password, that expiration counter will start for them. If they reset earlier, the timer will begin again.
