New tools. New updates. New reasons to log in.

LMS Updates

• We’ve done a little reorganization. Under Courses, we have added a Scheduling tab as a new home for the course scheduling options. (They were formerly on the Information tab.) Everything is still there, just in a more logical location. See our Courses Overview help article for more information

• Assessments also have a new additional tab, Content Settings, which contains configuration options.

• And we’re continuing to add Assessment features. You can access these new features on the new Content Settings tab, as shown in the screenshot above: 
  • Admins can now limit the number of attempts for an assessment. Learners see the number of attempts remaining below the assessment description. Once the attempt limit is reached, learners cannot retake the assessment; the Launch/Try Again button is disabled or hidden. 
  • Administrators can elect to display the question pool name to the learner.
  • Administrators can dictate exam navigation, specifying if a learner must take all questions in the order they're organized, or allowed to select from the side navigation.
  • Administrators can set the assessment Submission Criteria, specifying if a learner must review their answers or can submit immediately after all questions have been answered.
• And, as usual, various minor issue fixes.

When was the last time you checked out our Help Center? It's a great resource for getting the most from your LMS.

Our AI assessment builder can generate an assessment based on information you enter or from an uploaded document. You can then edit the AI-generated assessment. It’s a great time saver. If you use Question Pools, AI-generated assessments are a quick way to generate draft questions and quickly populate the pool. 

Course Library

Our Knowledge Anywhere course library continues to grow. Recent additions include courses on navigating your career in the age of AI, Agile project management, and emerging cybersecurity threats. Our newest course, How to Survive an OSHA Inspection, is coming soon. 

These courses are free to Knowledge Anywhere LMS customers.* We provide SCORM files that integrate easily with your Knowledge Anywhere LMS. Or, if you would like to use one of our courses as a starting point for your own customized course, you can purchase the Articulate source file, which you then have the license to edit.
