LMS Updates

Enhanced Feature: Microsites

Does your LMS serve different audiences? Do you need a separate portal for different business divisions, customers, suppliers, or e-commerce courses? If so, our microsite feature may be just what you need. Microsites allow you to create separate learner portals, each with its own branding and URL, that can be centrally managed from the main instance of your LMS. Microsites have designated learners and content. Content can also be shared across microsites. A learner can be automatically assigned to a microsite during registration. 

 We’ve recently enhanced microsite administration, allowing you to designate microsite admins who control only their microsite, while enabling global admins to administer all microsites.

Coming Soon: Organizations

Our organization's feature has just entered into beta release. Organizations can help you build learning communities within your LMS. Content and resources can be assigned to organizations, and social features are supported, allowing members of each organization to post and respond to messages. Organizations can be used in many ways; for example, you could set up an organization for the project managers in your company, where they can access assigned training, post resources, and share tips and information.

We provide SCORM files that integrate easily with your Knowledge Anywhere LMS (or any LMS). Or, if you would like to use one of our courses as a starting point for your own customized course, you can purchase the Articulate source file, which you can then edit under license. 

If you are an existing customer interested in these courses, please contact us.  

If you are not an LMS customer, the courses are available for purchase as SCORM or Articulate files for a simple one-time cost – no complex licensing fees or ongoing charges.

Did you know you can try our LMS for free? Simply sign up at our Free Trial page, check for the e-mail with your registration code, and within a few minutes you have access. It’s as simple as that.
