LMS Maintenance Notes - January 20th, 2026

These updates improve reporting clarity and reliability (including better timezone context, more accurate sorting/filtering, and fixes for scheduled-report and due-date report edge cases). Admin and assignment workflows were tightened up with better resource ordering, and restored group-admin assignment options. Several course and learning path issues were resolved (past-due status, deletion errors, renewal messaging, unnecessary access updates), along with fixes to Public API documentation availability and content.

[Admin] Resource List - Sort Resource Order Shown in Admin/Learner
Admins can now reorder resources via drag-and-drop in both Course and Self-Study resource lists, and the updated order is reflected for learners.

[Admin] Redirect to Admin Site toggle behavior
Fixed the Redirect to Admin Site toggle so admins are routed to the admin experience on login when enabled.

[Reporting] Classroom Enrollments timezones
Added timezone details when displaying custom date range report dates/times to reduce confusion across time zones.

[Reporting] Report related database delete conflict
Addressed a database constraint error that could occur when deleting reports tied to scheduled report notifications.

[Reporting] Results Will Not Appear When Filtered on Due Date Status + Course
Fixed the Due Dates report so results display correctly

[Courses] Course Progress Stuck in "Past Due" after completing said course
Fixed an issue where courses could remain marked “Past Due” and not complete correctly after due date changes.

[Courses] Course Renewals - Incorrect Course Type Listed
Corrected course renewal messaging so eLearning renewals don’t show assessment-specific text.

[API] Public API Documentation gives 404 error
Addressed cases where Public API documentation could return a 404 error
