• Display logic of Classroom offerings - Now appear if offering was attended by user

Fixes

• Scorm Session relaunching logic fixed
• Reduced Deadlocking of background process
  • Improved logic for Renewals, resulting in less timeouts
• Content Assignments remain applied despite long periods of time between logins
