LMS Maintenance Notes - August 26th, 2025

This release includes bug fixes that improve reliability, performance, and the experience for both learners and administrators implemented in August 26th Maintenance

 

Admin Fixes

[Admin] Error Copying eLearning Course with SCORM

Fixed an issue where copying an eLearning course with SCORM files caused errors. Course copy now works properly.

[Admin] Course Deletion Blocked

Resolved a bug where some courses could not be deleted. Admins can now delete courses without issue.

[Admin] Site Slowdown on Microsite Switch

Addressed a slowdown issue when admins switch between Microsites in the Personalization section. Performance has been improved for smoother navigation.

[Admin] External Completions Missing from Learner Transcript

Corrected a bug where external course completions did not display in the Admin view of learner transcripts. These now appear as expected.

[Admin] Bulk Confirm Error

Fixed a system error that occurred when using bulk confirm functionality.

[Admin UI] Console Errors on Course Edit Page

Cleaned up multiple console errors that appeared on the Admin Course Edit page, improving performance and reducing log noise.

Learner Fixes

[Learner] Email Notifications informing of Past Due course

Resolved an issue where learners saw “Past Due” on inactive courses completed prior on email notification. Courses with these parameters will no longer be included.
