LMS Maintenance Notes - August 18, 2026

This release includes UI updates, admin tool fixes, and ongoing security enhancements.

Updates

[Admin Interface] – Updated UI

We've updated parts the Admin user interface to bring it more in line with the learner experience and making the LMS more unified in overall appearance. No Admin features have been removed, only reshuffled around. More UI updates will be coming in future releases

[Security] – Enhanced Account Protection

We've upgraded the encryption standards used to protect stored account credentials, aligning with current industry best practices. This also includes several behind-the-scenes security and stability improvements across the LMS. These changes work quietly in the background to help keep data safe.

Fixes

[eLearning] – SCORM Course Playback for New Accounts

We resolved an issue affecting SCORM course playback for newly created accounts. SCORM content now loads and functions correctly for new learners from day one.

[Courses] – Hyperlink Visibility in Transition Box

We adjusted a hyperlink wasn't displaying properly on a course page. Links now appear correctly, making it easier to identify and transition between courses in a Learning Path.

[Learning Paths] – Due Datea for Newly Added Courses

We fixed an issue where adding a course to a Learning Path didn't generate a due date for learners already assigned to that path. Due dates now generate correctly for existing assignees when new courses are added. This helps ensure learners stay on track with accurate deadlines.

[Reporting] – Scheduled Report Download

We resolved an issue that was preventing scheduled reports from downloading properly based on Admin site associations. Scheduled reports now download as expected, so admins can access their data on schedule.

[Admin] – Group Deletion Error

We resolved an issue where deleting a group could throw an error instead of completing successfully. Group deletion now works as expected, giving admins a smoother experience when managing groups.

[Admin] – Multi-Select Dropdown Display Behavior

We retooled multi-select dropdown behavior where a search term was entered, but remained visible after a value was selected. The dropdown now clears the search term appropriately, providing a more fluid selection experience for admins.

[Account Management] – Password Reset Error

We fixed an issue involving reCAPTCHA that was causing an error during the password reset process for certain users. Password resets now complete successfully without interruption.

[Authentication] – Single Sign-On (SAML)

We resolved an issue affecting single sign-on (SAML) authentication for certain accounts. SAML login now works reliably, allowing users to sign in without disruption.

[Performance] – Faster Loading for Learner Assignments

We improved the loading performance of the Learner Assignments page, which had been loading slowly for some users. Assignments now load faster, creating a smoother experience for learners managing their training.
