Learning Path Page Alternate View
At Knowledge Anywhere, we’re always striving to make the learning experience smoother, more intuitive, and tailored to the needs of our learners. The Learning Paths page for learners provides alternative views of assigned courses.
The Learning Paths Page supports two viewing options:
- Card View (Default)
- This is the familiar layout you’re already used to, with visual cards representing each learning path.
- List View
- A new streamlined text-based layout, designed for learners who prefer quick scanning, filtering, and sorting of content.
Learners can easily switch between Card and List View using the toggle buttons in the top-right corner of the page.
Course Information at a Glance:
When switching to the List View, learners gain access to a more detailed grid format. Each course will be displayed on a line, with the following details as columns:
- Required or Optional
- Learning Path Name (If multiple learning paths share the same course, each learning path is still represented clearly on its own line.
- Learning Path Name
- Course Name
- Status (Completed, In Progress, Not Started, Past Due)
- Course Type
- Duration (if available)
- Credits (if available)
- Rating (if enabled)
- Launch (if applicable)
-
The grid can be sorted by any column for easier organization.
-
Hovering over a row will highlight it for quick readability.
-
Clicking a line item takes you directly to either the Course Details or Learning Path Details page.
- The “Jump to LP” filter has been removed in List View for simplicity.
- The default view remains Card View when logging in. However, once you select a preferred view, the LMS will remember your choice, so you always return to your preferred layout.
Try switching to List View next time you log in to see how easily you can sort by status, required/optional, or even course duration.
