Learner Reports - Learner Summary Report

Get high-level information regarding your learners' progress and better understand how they are doing.

How do I run a Learner Summary Report?

  1. From the Administrative Dashboard of the LMS navigate to the "Reports" section in the main navigation side tab.
  2. Then, select the "Learner Summary" option from the Learner Reports Header.
  3. When you're on the Learner Details tab you'll see some basic options like a date range, groups, and microsites.
    1. If you select the column picker, you can directly select certain fields to include in the report. This is dynamic, so you will see the bottom column section move as you add/remove fields.
    2. Selecting Add Filters will allow for other specific options related to Learner Organizations, such as Registration code or State.

The Learner Summary provides key, high-level data regarding learner progress, such as completion status, courses and learning paths completed, courses assigned, and more. This report can be instrumental at analyzing how all your learners are doing at a moment's glance. Instead of running a course details report, and seeing progress on a learner's individual courses, this report can compile that data. 
Note: This report utilizes statistics dealing with required training assigned via groups and directly assigned learning paths and courses. For more information on enabling course materials to be required, check out here.

Utilize the Column Picker to take advantage of numerous key stats and KPIs that may serve you in gauging your learners' progress. There are a variety of options that will allow you to understand how your learners are doing. 

After selecting certain options in what information you want to gather about your learners, pressing the Run button will allow for the display of other key quick-access KPIs, such as the total of learners, and the total percentage of completion.
