Reporting

  • Filters and Indexing:
    • Date filtering now applies properly to relevant standard and advanced reports.
    • Results indexing ensures all applicable results are included in requested reports.
  • Admin and Site Roles:
    • Report request listings now display all appropriate reports based on Admin level and Site roles.
  • Stability Improvements:
    • Prevented processing errors during report generation.

New Reporting Features:

Search Queue Clarification

  • In areas such as Reporting, Directed Learning, and Companies, search bars now indicate that entering at least three characters is required to display results.

Registration Codes

  • Case Sensitivity Update:
    • Registration codes are now case-sensitive. Attempting to create codes with the same characters but different cases (e.g., "abc123" and "ABC123") will result in an error message to prevent duplicates.

General Adjustments

  • Site Personalization:
    • Improved sign-in page images and text field adjustments for smoother user experience.
    • Added tooltips to the Site Personalization  image page for better usability.
    • Enhanced image formatting within the Site Personalization section.
  • Scorm Package Management:
    • General refinements for smoother handling of SCORM packages.
  • Search Box Improvements:
    • Enhanced search box icon visibility for better usability.

  • OpenSesame Integration:
    • Added support for non-English translation courses.
    • Improved IDP settings for OpenSesame courses.
    • Enhanced course completion tracking for better reporting and management.
