GDPR Compliance Overview

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) is an important set of regulations that are meant to ensure better data security and give citizens the right to know what data companies hold about them and how it is being used.

We fully support the efforts of the European Union to update laws and bring the world's data handling regulations up to date with current technologies.

Specifically, we will be assessing our security, services and features, as well as our partners' processes to ensure that all data processes and controls are compliant. We will also be updating our documentation and customer agreements to reflect GDPR requirements.

If you believe to have data with us and would like to have it removed, please follow the steps and we will work to comply and remove your data.   

1. In an email to our support (support@knowledgeanywhere.com) please write GDPR data removal in the subject line. And state your name and what product you may have used with us. If you are not sure click here to see the list of our products.
2. Once you know what exact product you were using write that into the email so we can easily find you. If you were using our LMS please if possible reach out to your former employer and LMS Administrator and let them know about your request for data removal.
3. Once we have received the okay from your former employer, we can begin the process of data removal and will update you once it is complete.
