How do I setup Learning Path Group Assignments based on Hire Date?
Admins now have the option to set learning path group assignments based on learner hire dates. If a date range is chosen and a learner’s hire date is within that range, the learner is assigned the learning path.
Adding Hire Dates
- Open the Administrative Dashboard
- From the Learner tab, select Manage Learners
- Search for a Learner and click on the First Name or Last Name
- On the Learner Details page, click PROFILE tab
- In Hire Date field, enter value
- Click Save
Assigning Learning Paths based on Hire Dates
- Open the Administrative Dashboard
- From the Learners tab, select Groups
- Select a Group
- In Group Details page, click Learning Paths tab
- Find the learning path, ensure it's set to Required, and set the desired Hire Date From and Hire Date To values
- Click Save
