How can I search Learners and complete bulk actions?

The Learners Section of the Administrative Section of the Knowledge Anywhere LMS enables admins to search for specific learners and complete certain actions en masse to optimize their usage.

Searching/Filtering/Exporting Learners

To search for a learner, open the administrative dashboard and then select the Learners side tab. Simply enter entire or partial first name, last name, or email in the search bar to look up your Learner.

Core Aspects of Search Results:
  • Several columns that give more details about a learner

    • Number of Learning Paths they have assigned.
    • Number of Groups they're associated with.
    • Overdue Courses.
    • Registration Code.
  • Sort learners by first name, last name, and email using up/down arrows in those columns.

  • Activate/Inactivate the learner using the Status Toggle.
Filters

Click on the Filters icon on the right to slide out a filter panel on the righthand side of the screen. You can use those filters, then click APPLY to further hone in on specific sets of learners.

Exporting Learners

There is an option to export learners to the left of the filters button. By selecting Export, learners that are in the results will be exported to a spreadsheet document.

Note: Only 2000 Learners can be exported in this manner.

Bulk Learner Actions

By selecting the checkbox next to the name of a learner, several options will appear. These Bulk Actions allow for Administrators to select multiple learners and apply the same action to all those learners at once.

You can search then select a specific learner and enter a new search field to select another learner without having to reload the page.

The number of selected learners will be displayed in the bulk action section for reference.

Bulk Action Options

  • Assign Content - Used to assign specific content to selected learner(s).
