February 2026 Newsletter
Knowledge Anywhere Newsletter for February 2026
So far this year, we’ve continued to improve our LMS, addressed system updates, enhanced our course library with new course previews, and prepared for upcoming feature releases. We also received our 21 CFR Part 11 validation, allowing us to better support electronic records and signatures for regulated industries. Here’s a closer look.
LMS Updates: Assessments and More
Our January release enabled resource reordering, clarified time zone information, and fixed various minor issues; for details, see our Change Log.

Course Library
We’ve added previews to our course library, allowing you to preview the first few minutes of any course to see if it’s right for you. Simply go to the course page and click on the course thumbnail!

Free for Knowledge Anywhere LMS customers
These courses are free to Knowledge Anywhere LMS customers.*
We provide SCORM files that integrate easily with your Knowledge Anywhere LMS (or any LMS). Or, if you would like to use one of our courses as a starting point for your own customized course, you can purchase the Articulate source file, which you can then edit under license.
If you are an existing customer interested in these courses, please contact us.
If you are not an LMS customer, the courses are available for purchase as SCORM or Articulate files for a simple one-time cost – no complex licensing fees or ongoing charges.
Multiple Language Support
Our LMS has been localized into over 30 languages. Administrators can set a learner’s default language and learners can easily change their own language. The user interface and all translated learning materials are rendered in the selected language.
