Does the LMS support video streaming?
If you find that your courses are quite large and contain several high-quality images or HD videos, we recommend shifting media objects to a streaming server for videos or content delivery network for images. Knowledge Anywhere's LMS can accept courses up to 800MB, but courses this large will generally cause performance issues for end users if the content streams from the LMS.Streaming servers can scale the video quality to meet the users' bandwidth. America and Europe have a robust infrastructure that allows for high-speed internet; however, countries in Latin America, India, and parts of Southeast Asia have much slower average broadband speeds and have difficulty viewing high-quality videos that are not streaming.
Ask your account manager how Knowledge Anywhere can help you set up streaming for your course content.
