      Automated Processes

      Knowledge Anywhere utilizes several processes that happen automatically at a specific time and interval. This article serves as a reference as to when specific processes happen

      Notifications

      Every 15 minutes

      • Name: Open Offering Check
        Description: Check if any offerings are now open; sends an email to those on the waitlist for any open seats.

      Daily

      • 3:00a: Upcoming Offering Reminder
        Description: Email to notify that an offering is coming up in a week to those registered.
        UTC: 3:00a | PST: 7:00p | PDT: 8:00p

      • 4:30a: Renewing Course - 14 Days
        Description: Email listing all courses that will renew in 14 days.
        UTC: 4:30a | PST: 8:30p | PDT: 9:30p

      • 4:45a: Renewing Course - 7 Days
        Description: Email listing all courses that will renew in 7 days.
        UTC: 4:45a | PST: 8:45p | PDT: 9:45p

      • 10:00a: Retire LinkedIn Courses
        Description: Check all LinkedIn courses to find if any have been retired; mark them inactive. An email is sent to all super admins with inactivated courses.

      • 10:30a: Retire OpenSesame Courses
        Description: Check all OpenSesame courses to find if any have been retired; mark them inactive. An email is sent to all super admins with inactivated courses.

      • 11:15a: Required Courses
        Description: Email listing all required courses for learners. (First Monday of the month.)

        Description: Email listing all courses due in 14 days.

      • 11:45a: Due Dates - 7 Days Before
        Description: Email listing all courses due in 7 days.
        UTC: 11:45a | PST: 3:45a | PDT: 4:45a

      • 12:00p: Past Due
        Description: Email listing all past-due courses for a learner. Only sent once per learner per course per renewal (if applicable).

        Description: Runs reports that are scheduled for execution on the current date.

        Description: Processes courses to be renewed.

      • 10:00a: Retire LinkedIn Courses
        Description: Check for retired LinkedIn courses, mark them inactive, and notify super admins.
