      AI Assessments Tool: Adding and Editing an AI Assessment From Text

      Knowledge Anywhere's Assessment Tool enables Admins to create their quizzes by copying text. This saves time and eliminates the hassle of creating relevant quizzes manually for Learners

      This guide will take you through a step-by-step process of how to add and edit an AI-created assessment based on copy and pasted text.

       

      Step 1: Create the Assessment

      You can start to create your manual Assessment in two ways:

      1. Go to Content > Add Course > Select Assessment at the bottom 
      2. Fill out the appropriate information to create the assessment. Once it's created, navigate to the assessment tab. Be sure to adjust the passing score if necessary. 
      3. Once at the Assessment tab, then choose "Add Assessment From Text" at the bottom.

      Step 2: Start Your AI Assessment

      Fill in your assessment details in the form provided. These details usually include the assessment title, description, and any potential metadata, and press save.

       
      Select the amount and types of questions you'd like the AI tool to provide. The maximum amount of questions is 15 and the type options are Multiple Choice, Multi-Select, and True/False.
       
      You'll also need to enter your copy and pasted text in the righthand box. This has a character limit of 15,000 and is great for when Administrators want Learners to focus on specific, key sections of their courses. Be aware that characters includes the spaces, when pasting in your text
       
      When you're done, click "Generate AI Assessment."

       

      Step 3: Edit Your Questions

      Once the AI is done creating questions, you can select any questions and edit them directly. Feel free to edit until you're ready to publish. 

      Step 4: Review Your Finalized Questions and Answers

      Once you are done creating questions, you can review them all via the third tab, which shows you all your questions and answers. Feel free to edit further until you're ready to activate. 

      Step 5: Activate Your Assessment

      Publishing your Assessment is the final step. Once the assessment is assigned to a learning path and group, activating

      To publish your quiz, Go back to the Assessment tab, and flip the toggle  so it's active.
