Knowledge Anywhere's Assessment Tool enables Admins to create their quizzes by copying text. This saves time and eliminates the hassle of creating relevant quizzes manually for Learners
This guide will take you through a step-by-step process of how to add and edit an AI-created assessment based on an existing document.

Step 1: Add a Document
Go to Content > Manage Content > Documents, click "Add A Document." Fill out the Document Title and choose your file, which can be any of the following formats: .pdf | .gif | .jpg | .jpeg | .png | .tiff | .docx | .xls | .xslx | .ppt | .pptx | .csv | .txt
Step 2: Create the AI Assessment course
Go to Content > Add Course > Assessment and fill out the initial details for the course and any appropriate (but optional) metadata.
Select Assessment from Existing Document which will open up a side tab to select your document
Click "Create Assessment From Document.". Fill out the appropriate details, and types of questions you want to include on the assessment. Select "Generate AI Assessment" to generate.
It will take several minutes to generate, you can do other tasks while the assessment is generating. A green notification bar will display once complete.
Step 3: Edit Your Questions
Once the AI is done creating questions, you'll see the assessment on the course. Feel free to edit until you're ready to publish.
Step 4: Review Your Finalized Questions and Answers
Once you are done creating questions, you'll see a page that shows you all your questions and answers. Feel free to edit until you're ready to publish.
Step 5: Activate Your Assessment
Simply activate the assessment via the toggle. Provided it's been assigned to a Learning Path and Group, your learners will be able to take the assessment
