      LMS Maintenance Notes April 8th, 2025

      Issues and improvements that were were addressed in this LMS maintenance on April 8, 2025

      Fixes

      [Admin] Developer Role Unable to Delete Inactive SCORM Files

      • Developer Admins can now delete SCORM files from inactive courses.

        • Note: Delete option remains unavailable for active courses.

      [Learner] Assessment Tracking Unique ID Warning

      • Fixed issue where test history tracking wasn't being logged properly.

      • Tracking system now correctly assigns unique values in order to log assessment attempt history. 

      [Learner] Assessment Throws Error When Closed with “X”

      • Learner-side route now ignores unnecessary parameters.

      • Closing assessment with "X" no longer results in an error.

      [Admin] Question Bank Bulk Action Disabled After Navigation

      • Fixed an issue where bulk action buttons (Add to Assessment, Create Assessment) were disabled after navigating away and back.

      • System now correctly retains selected question objects across sessions.

      [Learner] PayPal Error for European Accounts

      • Adjusted cart logic to handle users without state information.

      • Payment capture now functions properly for European PayPal accounts.

      [Admin] Report History Table Update Failure

      • Adjusted tables and processing logic to prevent failure during report generation.

      [Admin] Duplicate Transcript Entry After Marking Incomplete

      • Fixed issue where marking a course as incomplete created duplicate transcript entries.

      • Archiving process now correctly reflects course status.

      [Admin] Question Bank Filters Not Exiting "Show Selected" Mode

      • Using slide-out filters now resets grid view.

      • Grid no longer remains in "Show Selected" mode after filtering.

      [Admin] Cannot Force Password Change Without Setting Password

      • Admins can now require password changes without manually setting a new one.

      • Learners will be prompted to update their password on next login.

      [Admin] Duplicate Values in Custom Fields Dropdown

      • Fixed duplication issue in custom field entries.

      • Save logic now checks for existing values before submission.

      Small Improvements

      [Admin] Learning Path Friendly URL Not Auto-Populating

      • Fixed issue where only the first character of the friendly URL appeared.

      • Adjusted localization component to ensure full auto-population based on the LP title.

      [Learner] Achievements Tabs Display Bold Text

      • "Badges" and "Benchmark" tabs adjusted for consistent styling.

      • Now matches other navigation elements.
