To ensure the best experience when using the Knowledge Anywhere Learning Management System (LMS), please make sure your devices and software meet the minimum and recommended system requirements outlined in this article.

Audio/Video Requirements
Some courses may include audio, video, or interactive simulations. You will need:
- Speakers or headphones
- Microphone (for voice recording or conferencing features)
- Webcam (if video participation is required)
Network & Firewall Settings
Ensure that your network allows for the following:
- LMS domain and subdomains (e.g., *.knowledgeanywhere.com)
- Ports: HTTP (80), HTTPS (443)
- Streaming/CDN services used by the LMS (e.g., AWS CloudFront, Vimeo, YouTube, etc.)
- If your organization uses a firewall or VPN, ensure LMS traffic is whitelisted.
Automated email messages from the LMS will be sent from support@knowledgeanywhere.com. Ensure knowledgeanywhere.com domain is whitelisted.
Optional Software
To access some downloadable course materials or documents, you may need:
- PDF Reader: Adobe Acrobat Reader or compatible
- Office Suite: Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- ZIP Extractor: For compressed files (e.g., 7-Zip, WinRAR)
Mobile Experience
A dedicated mobile app may be available depending on your LMS version. While most features are accessible via mobile browsers, we recommend using a desktop or laptop for:
- Course authoring
- Admin dashboards
- Reporting tools
Troubleshooting Tips
- Clear your browser cache and cookies regularly
- Disable browser extensions if content doesn’t load
- Try using an incognito/private window
- Check if your browser is up to date
- Switch browsers if encountering persistent issues
- Ensure your email inbox is not full
- When registering, check that your email address is correct
