LMS Browser Compatibility

Knowledge Anywhere strives to provide the best possible experience for our clients and their learners. Considering the environment/platform settings for which our software is optimized for is an important aspect of this.

Knowledge Anywhere’s LMS is best used on the latest versions of:

  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge

As of January 1, 2020, we will no longer support the Microsoft Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge (Classic, not-Chromium) Browsers, and we strongly encourage our clients and their learners to move to one of the more modern browsers listed above which we officially support.

Along with browser choice, we suggest the following browser settings to allow for a smooth experience:

  • JavaScript enabled
  • Cookies enabled
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (current version)
  • Popup blocker disabled
  • Default Internet Security settings (medium)

Internet connection

When a course is launched, the Knowledge Anywhere LMS depends on a consistent connection to the course. If an Internet connection is interrupted, the course will lose its ability to communicate status information back to the LMS platform. This includes completion status, quiz scores, booking marking data, etc.
