How do I setup Learning Path Group Assignments based on Hire Date?

Admins now have the option to set learning path group assignments based on learner hire dates. If a date range is chosen and a learner’s hire date is within that range, the learner is assigned the learning path.

Adding Hire Dates

1. Open the Administrative Dashboard
2. From the User tab, select Manage Users in the sidebar menu
3. From the Manage Users page, search for a User and click Edit
4. From the User Info page, enter a Hire Date in the Hire Date field and Save

Assigning Learning Paths based on Hire Dates

1. Open the Administrative Dashboard
2. From the User tab, select Groups in the sidebar menu
3. From the Groups page, select a Group and click Assign Learning Paths
4. From the Assign Learning Paths window, set a date range for the desired Learning Path and Save
