Course Renewals: Administrators can now set courses to renew courses on a monthly or yearly basis. You can find this feature by editing any course and scrolling down to the "Interval Renewal" section.
Please note the available email notifications under "Site", that allow the system to notify your learners that they have a renewed course available, and that they have a course that is about to be renewed within 2 weeks and 1 week from it's renewal date.

Custom Certificate Creator: Admins can now create their own custom certificates!
To create your own custom certificate, visit the Courses section of the Admin side, then click on "Certificates", in the left hand menu. From here you'll be able add new certificates or edit previously created certificates.
You can edit the styling of your certificate text based on font, color, size, and alignment. After each change, you can preview your certificate by selecting, "Apply Changes".
Check, "Show Bounding Boxes" to better view your alignment and make any changes with spacing.
Add in your own custom background by clicking, "Edit Image".
Once you've finished creating your certificate you'll be able to find it in the dropdown of your course editor.
"Copy Link" button added to documents: Administrators can now easily link documents for learners by using the "Copy Link" button. This link can be inserted in various places within the LMS including course descriptions, site messages, and homepage text. Once a user clicks on the link a new tab will open and the link will automatically download to their device.

Site Message Images: Admins can now add images to their site messages!
Password Strength Meter: Users now have a password strength meter to check the security strength of the new passwords they create.

Directed Learning: Super admins can now assign individual courses to learners! To do this, the super admin must visit the user's transcript and select, "Directed Learning"
After selecting, "Directed Learning", the Super Admin can choose which course they would like to assign the learner.
The next time this learner logs in they'll find their assigned course under "Directed Learning"
Fav Icons: Admins can now personalize their LMS with favorite icons! Under "Personalization" you will be able to upload an image to use as your favorite icon. These icons appear when a page is bookmarked, as well as at the top of the tab on your browser.
New Dashboard KPI's: New KPI's added to the Dashboard, including "Learner Status", and a World view of Course Completions.

Admins can now customize the dashboard by adding, removing, and re-ordering panels!
LinkedIn Learning info found directly from the Admin view: Now administrators can easily access the same LinkedIn resources found on our Help Desk.
Bulk Upload Template is now dynamic: The bulk upload template on your LMS will be automatically updated with your custom fields.
Test accounts are now hidden from reports: When running a User Details, or a Course Details report, test accounts from Knowledge Anywhere will no longer appear in the data.
Force Password Change option: Super Admins can now select "force password change" for users so that they are required to reset their password upon first login.
Satisfaction Survey Reports now allow you to filter by "responses" or "no responses"
Groups and Group Co-Branding have been consolidated to one place: Now if you want to brand one of your groups you simply do it from the Groups page.
New UI for assigning documents to Self-Study courses: Admins are now able to select from a dropdown list when selecting documents for Self-Study courses.

Personalization with HTML: Admins can now use basic HTML when personalizing their LMS.
Users can now share their course completions on LinkedIn!
Admins simply enable this feature by configuring their Personalization options.
Ability to search group names in the Groups page: Admins can now search for groups in the Groups page.
We have split the "run" and "edit" functions on Saved Reports.
Site Messages can now be configurable by Group or Site Name.

Ability to re-order custom course fields- Admins can now drag and drop the custom course fields to show up any order of preference. This will also determine the order in which they show in other areas on the LMS.
Ability to darken images- Admins now have a filter darken images that might not allow enough contrast with their text.
