November 2019
Email Formatting – Administrators can now send graphically formatted system-generated emails so that messages from the LMS can provide a more modern experience for learners. The emails have been updated to utilize HTML.
Admins can now also utilize the CC and the BCC fields when sending out the emails. This is beneficial if the Admin prefers to have a copy of the email sent to them when the email is sent.
Admins can make changes to the content of the email. If they save the changes, they are able to revert to the original format if needed.
Image Cropper – Admins can now upload images and crop them so they show on the Course as intended (vs. the system automatically cropping and adjusting the aspect ratio)
Badges Report – Admins can now run reports specifically for Badges. To do this, go to Reports -> Badges Report
Custom Course Fields - Admins can set up custom course fields that will be displayed under the course description when the user clicks on the course. To set this up, go to Site -> Custom Course Fields. In addition to displaying this field beneath the Course Description, the Admin also has the ability to make this field display on the certificate.
When setting up a new course or editing an existing course, the custom course fields can be seen beneath the description of the course.
September 2019
Credits/CEU's - Now Administrators can add credits to courses. When setting up a course Administrators can enter the amount of credits that a course is valued at.
After a Learner completes a course, the Admin can run a Course Report that will display the credits earned for the course.
Note: In order to get the Credits to appear in the report, please make sure to select 'Courses: Credits/CEUs' field when setting up the report.
New Dashboard - Based on customer feedback, you will now have a new dashboard that will give you a quick overview of the amount of traffic on your LMS. This is located under the 'Home' Tab of the Admin page and will be replacing the old dashboard that has been in that spot.
