New Feature: LinkedIn Learning Integration Knowledge Anywhere is pleased to announce that an integration with LinkedIn Learning is available for our Professional and Enterprise customers. This integration allows your learners to access LinkedIn Learning content via your Knowledge Anywhere LMS. Click here to learn more.
Support for Multiple Certificates: Knowledge Anywhere will support multiple certificates on the course level and admins will be able to select from a drop-down of certificate designs. Please contact your Knowledge Anywhere Account Manager to add customized certificate designs to your courses.
Unique Certificates: New option to select a unique certificate with an individual tracking code for compliance purposes.
Email added to Manage Users Screen: Admins will now be able to quickly see user's email addresses from Manage Users screen when searching for users.
Advanced Manage Users Search: We've increased the fields that admins can search for when searching for users. Admins can now search by:
- Business Name
- Country
- State
Click 'Show More Options' to see full list of fields.

"What's New" Feature News Feed: Admins can now see LMS feature updates from inside the LMS. See quick snippets of information about new features via the admin site by selecting "What's New" in the user profile drop-down.
New Feature: Course Order in Course Sets: LMS Admins now have the ability to control the order that courses appear in the course sets for Learners. Simply go to Content > Course Sets and then select the Course Set. From here, LMS Admins now have the ability to drag and drop course sets into the desired order for learners to take.
New Feature: Configure Knowledge Anywhere LMS as SAML SSO Identity Provider (Beta): Knowledge Anywhere LMS now has the ability to be an SAML Identity Provider. This means you can use your LMS to provision/login users with other SAML Service Providers. You can find this feature under Site > SAML Settings > Identity Provider Settings and please see our support article on How to Configure Identity Provider Settings.
New Feature: Link Admin and Learner Sites: LMS Super and Group Admins can now seamlessly login between the Admin and Learner sites of their LMS. When clicking on the user profile drop-down, users will see a link to the Admin or Learner site.
Filtering Courses by Assigned Course Sets: By customer request, LMS Admins can now search for courses by which course sets they are assigned to. The new filter option is viewable under Content > Courses.
Security Update: TLS 1.0 and 1.1 Deprecated Knowledge Anywhere’s LMS will no longer supports TLS 1.0 or 1.1 communications.

Group Admins only have access to affiliated registration codes when setting up a new user: Group admins will be restricted to only assigning registration codes that are assigned to the groups that they are admins for.
Added enhanced text editor to Manage Users email: Under manage users, when you select to email specific users, the email text editor has been enhanced to allow for formatting and styling.
Added version number to LMS Admin footer: You can now see when your LMS was last updated.
Creating users via the Admin is now a one-step process: Admins can now create new users and add their custom fields from a single screen. Previously this had been a two-step process.
Removed Google + from footer social media icons
Added Australia states to profile drop-downs when Australia is selected as country
Updated manage course description more/less behavior to display better
