How do I customize my LMS?

Organization Setup>Personalizing Your LMS

You can customize many areas of the Learning Management System, such as images, videos, and text on your site's Login page, Sign Up page, Registration page, and Home page.

To customize images and videos

1. Open the Administrative Dashboard
2. From the Site tab, select Personalization in the sidebar menu
3. On the Add New page that appears, select Edit Site Options next to the site you want to customize
4. On the selected site's personalization page that appears, the Images tab is selected by default. The upper half of the Images tab displays fields where you can customize images and/or videos on your site's Login page.

• • Logo: The logo appears in the upper left corners of the LMS and links to your website. You can also upload a Secondary Logo, if desired. This will appear to the right of your main logo.
  • Login Page: Primary Image/Video: This image or video appears behind your Login page. For videos, just enter the video URL and upload it to the LMS.
  • Login Page: Secondary Image: The secondary image appears below your Primary Image/Video

5. The lower half of the Images tab displays fields where you can customize images and/or videos on your site's Sign Up page, Registration page, and Home page

• • Sign Up Page: Primary Image: This image appears on the Sign Up page header
  • Sign Up Page: Secondary Image: This is a second, smaller image that appears below the Sign Up page header
  • Registration Page: Background Image: This is the background image that appears on the learner's Create an Account page after they enter their registration code and then select Start
  • Home Page: Image/Video: This is the initial image or video that users will see when they log in to the LMS

6. At the bottom of the page, select Save to save your edits

To customize text

1. On the selected site's personalization page, select the Text tab
2. Under Login Page, you can edit text in the following fields:
• Headline 1 and Headline 2 text appear with the Login Page: Primary Image/Video. Headline 1 has a larger font size. Headline 2 has a smaller font size.
• Secondary Headline 1 and Secondary Headline 2 text appear with the Login Page: Secondary Image. Headline 1 has a larger font size. Headline 2 has a smaller font size.
3. Under Sign Up Page, you can edit text in the following fields:
• Headline 1 and Headline 2 text appear with the Sign-Up Page: Primary Image. Headline 1 has a larger font size. Headline 2 has a smaller font size.
• Secondary Headline 1 and Secondary Headline 2 text appears with the Sign-Up Page: Secondary Image. Headline 1 has a larger font size. Headline 2 has a smaller font size.
4. Under Home Page, you can edit text in the following fields:
• Headline 1 and Headline 2 text appear above and below the Home Page: Image/Video. Headline 1 has a larger font size. Headline 2 has a smaller font size.
5. Under Site Settings, you can edit text in the following field:
• This is the title tag or label that appears in the browser tab
6. Select Save to save your edits
