Within our LMS, you can set certain courses as mandatory for compliance training. Once set, Learners assigned to these courses will need to complete them as part of their training program. You can define the criteria for completion (such as achieving a certain quiz score) and set deadlines for when the training needs to be completed.

You can also use the system's automated reminders to ensure learners stay on track with their compliance training. If a learner does not complete a mandatory course by the deadline, the system can send them a reminder or even notify their manager. Our detailed reporting capabilities also allow you to monitor compliance training completion rates and ensure all learners are meeting their requirements.
