Our platform's Groups feature allows you to segment your learners in any way that makes sense for your organization and training objectives. Here are some steps to do it effectively:
- Identify Criteria: Determine the criteria for creating the groups. It could be based on job roles, departments, skill levels, training requirements, locations, etc.
- Create Groups: Once you've decided on the criteria, create the groups in the system. You can name them accordingly for easy identification.
- Assign Learners: Now you can assign learners to the appropriate groups. A learner can be a part of multiple groups if needed.
- Assign Courses: Once learners are grouped, you can assign specific courses or learning paths to each group based on their unique training needs.
By segmenting your learners into groups, you can tailor the training experience to be more relevant and effective for each learner. Plus, it can also simplify the management of your training program and enhance the reporting and tracking capabilities.
