Our online training platform includes features that allow your employees to provide feedback on the courses they've taken. This can help you understand what's working, what isn't, and where there might be opportunities for improvement.
In Knowledge Anywhere’s online training platform, gathering this feedback can happen a few ways:
- Rating or adding Course Comments to a Course: Ratings and course comments provide valuable feedback to other learners as well as to course authors and LMS administrators. Use the Learning Paths > Course Details page to rate a course or add a course comment. After you post a comment, your LMS administrator will review it before it becomes visible to other learners. Managing course comments ensures that inappropriate comments do not discourage other users from completing their required or elective training curriculum.
- Create and send Satisfaction Surveys: The Satisfaction Survey report shows you the survey feedback you have received from your learners who have recently logged into the Learning Management System. The purpose of the survey is to measure learner satisfaction in regards to their satisfaction of the LMS (i.e. how intuitive it is to find assigned training). The report shows the learner's name who gave the feedback, the title of Satisfaction survey used, the date the survey was completed, the question, and the answer.
