Can I have a custom Badge Image?
Personalize your LMS badges
At our Professional and Enterprise LMS tiers, we offer the addition of up to four custom badge images to be added.
For customers that are interested in adding custom badge images, and are at the Professional or Enterprise tier, please submit a request to support@knowledgeanywhere.com and include the following:
- Your company name and LMS URL
- Attach the custom badge image - The image should be formatted as follows:
- The file type must be SVG
- The aspect ratio should be 1:1 (equal size vertical and horizontal)
- SVG files are vector (scale up or down without impacting resolution), so a specific dimensional size is not required
Once received, our Customer Success team will coordinate the implementation of your custom badge image and will communicate when it will be ready.
