Can I have a custom Badge Image?

At our Professional and Enterprise LMS tiers, we offer the addition of up to 10 custom badges for a fixed cost of $250 USD to be added to your LMS. 

For customers that are interested in adding custom badge images, and are at the Professional or Enterprise tier, please submit a request to support@knowledgeanywhere.com and include the following:

• Your company name and LMS URL
• Attach the custom badge image - The image should be formatted as follows:
  • The file type must be SVG
  • The aspect ratio should be 1:1 (equal size vertical and horizontal)
    • SVG files are vector (scale up or down without impacting resolution), so a specific dimensional size is not required

Once received, our Customer Success team will coordinate the implementation of your custom badge image and will communicate when it will be ready.
